How to make healthy green juice

Gather all your ingredients and wash them well. Try as hard as you can to buy organic when juicing.

Peel the ginger by scraping it with the back of a teaspoon.

Stack the green leaves on top of each other and roll into a big cigar shape

Ready to juice!

When juicing the greens, feed the cigar of greens and cucumber into the feed tube. I found this helps to keep the greens in a position to get the most juice out of it. Then juice the apple and ginger.

Squeeze a bit of lemon juice into it, add ice cubes and you are done. Drink on an empty stomach and don't eat for 30 minutes to get the stuff right into your system. To your health!
